How MFWF was born…
Over the 6 years that I've been helping other women take more control of their health and fitness, I started noticing that even with the best meal plans, courses, and even accountability available to them, they were still struggling with sustaining healthy eating habits over the long term.
They'd be gung ho and start some solid routines with all the best intentions only to have one BBQ/party/holiday come up and POOF - they'd throw in the towel on the whole thing because they thought they screwed it ALL up.
We've been conditioned to believe that foods are either good or bad, that WE are good or bad depending on what we eat, and that our bodies and how they look determine our worth.
